Delusional Biden Admin Funding China's Empire

Biden official John Kerry has met with China on a climate change agreement. But in typical fashion for China, it appears the communist nation will reap the rewards - American money - without living up to their end of the bargain. At the same time, the Biden Administration is commenting on China committing genocide of its Muslim population. This begs the question: why would the Administration not negotiate instead of bowing to China?
