In Breaking News, an FBI lawyer allegedly altered a document in the Russia probe. Where did we get this information? Where is it coming from, and what does it mean?

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live we discussed the report by CNN that an FBI lawyer allegedly altered a document in order to get a FISA warrant and is being investigated.

This would blow the doors off on why we even spent time on Special Counsel Bob Mueller. We would all know, like Adam Schiff’s impeachment theory started off with a lie about the “whistleblower,” this then would have started off with tampered evidence by the FBI. The FBI was changing evidence to get warrants on the Trump campaign? Still not convinced there were highly placed individuals out to get President Trump?

This is a report from CNN:

A former FBI lawyer is under criminal investigation after allegedly altering a document related to 2016 surveillance of a Trump campaign adviser, several people briefed on the matter told CNN.

The findings are expected to be part of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz's review of the FBI's effort to obtain warrants under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act on Carter Page, a former Trump campaign aide. Horowitz will release the report next month.

This is really critical to understand. The FISA warrants are what started the Russia probe process in the first place. As my dad stated, this is a big development.

You’re talking about how we got to a Special Counsel – how we got to Bob Mueller. How we got to these FISA warrants being issued so they could spy on the Trump Campaign. This would be the origin.

Not fruits of the poisonous tree. We’re talking about illegal evidence that was submitted by the U.S. government to the secret court system on foreign surveillance. This would be illegal doctored evidence by an attorney sworn to uphold the law and the Constitution of the United States and they did this to start the whole narrative on the Trump-Russian Collusion.

ACLJ Director of Governor Affairs Thann Bennett had the following take:

There’s a not so secret theory in Washington, D.C. that the reason these impeachment hearings are dragging on is to distract everyone from the real scandals that took place, scandals like this one. Let me just underscore very clearly for our listeners, the very fact that the Inspector General has already referred this to U.S. Attorney John Durham, to me, is crystal clear evidence that this is significant.

An inspector general is very reticent to do that. He wants to keep all his findings together so that he can weave them into one conclusive report that he can turn over at one time and sort of be done with it. The fact that he came upon this and thought it was so significant and so likely be deemed worthy of prosecution, that he has already turned that over to U.S. Attorney John Durham, I don’t think we have to guess if it’s significant. I think that move alone tells us that it’s majorly significant.

If it’s happening in the United States of America, our system has failed and it has to be totally redone. You have to have very strong figures to do that.

This is our justice system on trial now. That’s kind of sad that they were this politically obsessed as attorneys.
