FEMA Blasted for Denying Aid to Trump Supporters as New Whistleblower Revealed During Hearing

A new whistleblower just provided bombshell intel to the House Oversight and Accountability Committee that revealed further discrimination by FEMA toward supporters of President Donald Trump. We’ve already told you how FEMA fired one supervisor for refusing to help Trump supporters in Florida, and the latest bombshell intel reveals that FEMA corruption is even more widespread.

House and Oversight Committee Chairman James Comer (KY-1) reported that according to the whistleblower, FEMA told a disabled veteran’s family in Georgia to get rid of Trump-Vance signs in his yard because “FEMA supervisors view Trump supporters as domestic terrorists.” The family, desperate for aid in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene, honored the request – only never to receive a visit from FEMA.

This is beyond political rancor. This is downright dangerous: the government denying lifesaving services to Americans because of their politics. People could have died because the Biden-Harris Administration refused to do wellness checks based on a political agenda. If someone died as a result of this discrimination, the people who ordered it should go to jail for manslaughter, or worse.

Of course, when the reports started trickling out about FEMA incompetence and discrimination, the mainstream media and the Biden-Harris Administration denied any wrongdoing. They accused conservatives of promoting dangerous misinformation amid an election season. As we are finding out, the reports have been true all along.

It wasn’t just a rogue Administration official who denied aid to Trump supporters. It was a concerted effort by FEMA in numerous states.  If this occurred in Florida and Georgia, how deep does this corruption run?

Former Secretary of State Mike Pompeo reacted to the FEMA whistleblower’s intel:

It’s very clear [FEMA’s discrimination] is illegal. It is indecent. I think your hypothesis is right. I don’t think this is a one-off situation. I think it is almost certainly the case that this was a broad directive, and that’s why this investigation matters so much. . . . It’ll unpack this corruption in a way that will allow the next Administration to hold anybody who was involved in that accountable, and I’m counting on that to happen: both the investigation and the accountability. The American people deserve this to happen, and those who discriminate based on political views in an emergency situation have to be held responsible for their actions.

The FEMA scandal reminds me of when the FBI labeled Christians as “radical traditionalists” who pose a terrorist threat. At the onset, the ACLJ filed a FOIA lawsuit to demand answers on why Christians were being grouped with ISIS.

The FBI even sent undercover agents into churches to keep tabs on what churches were teaching. Eventually, FBI Director Christopher Wray testified before Congress that a rogue FBI field office had targeted Christians. Of course, his claim was proven to be untrue, and Christians were being labeled as terrorists in field offices across the country.

In addition, FBI whistleblowers have exposed the Deep State’s targeting of pro-life organizations and concerned parents who complain to far-Left school boards. Because of brave FBI whistleblowers like Special Agent Garret O’Boyle and FBI Staff Operations Specialist Marcus Allen (both of whom the ACLJ is representing), we have proof that the Biden-Harris DOJ has had conservatives and Christians in its crosshairs.

The unlawful targeting of political opponents must end. With a new Administration coming in, I hope that the retraining of our federal agencies can begin. The ACLJ will stand ready to file more FOIAs whenever further targeting occurs.
