That’s right, just when you thought it was safe, the Deep State back for revenge. Just ask the New York Times. They like leaking information, like fired FBI Director James Comey’s private conversations with the President, all the time.

Today on the show we discussed the Deep State so-called whistleblower who filed the complaint that spurred on the House Intel Committee hearing and is driving the impeachment narrative. We also discussed a major pro-life speech victory and my new book, The Next Red Wave which is available everywhere.

This so-called whistleblower was a CIA analyst who was at the White House, which isn’t that unusual. But we don’t know if that person was even in the building when the call between President Trump and President Zelensky took place. We do know they didn’t actually hear the call. This person is a CIA actor. They are a spy.  It doesn’t get more Deep State than that.

It looks like a very real possibility that the President is going to be impeached by the House of Representatives. Yes, I said it. He’s not going to get removed, but the House is likely going to impeach him. Almost a year out from the election the Deep State is coming back with a vengeance.

This so-called whistleblower made a mistake. This person did not go to the Inspector General for the intelligence community, first, to avail themselves of the whistleblower statutes. This person went to the General Counsel at the CIA and told him about what they had overheard, not heard directly, overheard. It wasn’t until after that when this person filed the complaint.

Legally the allegations in this complaint are called hearsay. We established on the show yesterday that none of this would be admissible in court. This individual doesn’t even really qualify to be called a “whistleblower.” They didn’t even take necessary steps for the protection of anonymity granted to actual whistleblowers.

My dad was on Fox and Friends this morning with a new revelation. He made a very strong point when he said:

Do you think the whistle blower drafted that complaint, realistically? Let’s look at the phraseology, end notes, and foot notes. This wasn’t drafted by this individual. This was written by a law firm. And you know what, the American people see it for what it is.

The Deep State is coming back for revenge.

While we’re dealing with our own Deep State lawsuits, the ACLJ is a large organization and in the midst of all this, we are carrying on battles for life in the courts.

We just had a big pro-life victory in federal court. As the ACLJ’s Director of Policy Professor Harry Hutchison explained:

“Yesterday, the ACLJ secured a major victory in the fight to protect freedom of speech for our clients. Judge Rebecca Ebinger in the Southern District of Iowa issued her decision in a case entitled Miano v. Miller, finding in favor of our plaintiffs who are ACLJ clients that advocate for the unborn outside Planned Parenthood and other abortion facilities in Iowa.

In essence, these individuals were threatened with a prosecution for engaging in protected speech outside of an abortion clinic. We challenged the constitutionality of the Iowa law which makes it a misdemeanor to make a loud and raucous noise in the vicinity of any residence or public building which causes unreasonable distress to the occupants, thereof.

Essentially, this law was unconstitutionally vague, and second, dependent on the reaction to third parties. We’re happy to report that the judge found in favor of our clients on the merits. Essentially the statute was declared unconstitutional.”

We’re going to get more into this great pro-life victory on the broadcast next week.
