Radio Recap – UNSEALED FBI NOTES: Comey Plotted Trap for Gen Flynn

In breaking news last night, unsealed evidence point to an FBI setup of former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

On today’s Jay Sekulow Live we discussed the shocking revelations that came from recently unsealed FBI notes on General Michael Flynn.

Congressman Jim Jordan said the following on Fox News:

Remember, Comey’s the guy in charge, and all this happened under his watch. McCabe, Baker, Strzok, Page, all these key people at the upper echelon of the FBI, to use Bill Barr’s term, this all happened under Jim Comey’s watch. He’s the guy responsible. And it is, so many Americans are learning now that everything we’ve said now for several years; the only thing we had wrong is it was worse than we thought. And Americans are fed up with it, and they want it cleaned up.

As I stated on today’s show, I hate to say I told you so but we did tell you so. I said it on the floor of the United States Senate and I’ll say it wherever I can. The leadership of the FBI was corrupt to the core. That includes former FBI Director James Comey and former Deputy Director of the FBI Andrew McCabe. That includes former agents Peter Strzok and Lisa Page. That includes the General Counsel for the FBI James Baker.

That also includes the individual, ex-FBI official Bill Priestap, who wrote these notes regarding the interview of General Michael Flynn. He first warned not to play games and that it could be dangerous. Then he talked about what do we want, what are we trying to get? What is the goal? That’s the question he asked. He put this in handwriting:

“What is our goal? Truth/admission or to get him to lie, so we can prosecute him or get him fired?”

That’s what the notes actually read, involving General Flynn.

Jordan Sekulow made the following point:

This, I think, completely shows the Deep State at its worst. It implicates, as you said, Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, and Jim Comey. This also implicates Bill Priestap and James Baker. These are the folks, again, who we’ve also thought were responsible for the misdealing with Crossfire Hurricane and with the dossier. These are the same individuals who targeted Michael Flynn. When you read how they targeted him, do we want to get truth or admission, or do we want to get him to lie so we can prosecute him or get him fired?

We knew there was something wrong from the beginning. This is blatant corruption to the core.
