The ACLJ has helped secure two major wins at the Supreme Court.

The Supreme Court issued a 5-4 decision upholding the constitutionality of the President's national security Proclamation that imposed immigration restrictions on nationals from certain countries that failed to comply with necessary security criteria.

Additionally – in a 5-4 decision – the Supreme Court held that California cannot conscript pro-life pregnancy centers into mouthing a government-dictated message motivated by that state’s pro-abortion ideology.

These are big, major wins.
