Marshall H. Goldman serves as Senior Litigation Counsel with the American Center for Law and Justice where he works on both domestic and international matters, particularly with respect to Israel. For several years, he has assisted ACLJ Senior Fellow and former U.S. Attorney General John D. Ashcroft. He is also a Senior Research Associate for the M.G. Robertson Global Centre for Law & Public Policy.
Mr. Goldman received his Bachelor of Arts degree (cum laude) from Oral Roberts University; his Master of Arts in Public Policy degree from the Robertson School of Government at Regent University (where he was the recipient of the Outstanding Research Award for distinction in scholarship); and his Juris Doctor degree from Regent University School of Law.
Mr. Goldman is admitted to practice law in the state of Virginia as well as before the Supreme Court of the United States.
